PLACING ORDERS:

Please e-mail, fax, mail or call in orders during our business hours.
When calling, please have orders prepared, give your name, address, telephone number, and then your order using our new item numbers with all the sizes and specifications necessary to ship you exactly what you need. Please ask; we will happily answer your questions on any archery related subject if you call 60-012-8333860. In the event of a stockout, all products will be put on backorder, unless directed otherwise.
We strive to fill all backorders on a timely basis.
We will give you an order number when we're finished discussing your order.


TERMS OF SALE:

All orders must be prepaid. Orders may also be prepaid with a cashier's check, money order, may be requested. No personal checks will be accepted.
We'll gladly ship your small order, however, a RM15.00 handling fee will be added to all orders under RM100.00.



RETURNS:

Defective merchandise is warranted under the manufacturers warranty.
Please contact the manufacturer or us in the event of a defective product.
All returns must have prior authorization to be accepted. Please include a brief description of the defect along with your name, address and a copy of the original sales slip with any return. We will process the warranty under the guidelines of the manufacturer as quickly as possible. All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer; not ST Perfect Target.
We will offer any further information needed to help you. All sales are considered final. Special ordered items may not be returned. Absolutely no returns of items used, not in original sealed packaging or special ordered, non-stocked items.
Merchandise may be returned for ST Perfect Target credit only.
No cash refunds. COD returns to us will be refused.



PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice because of increases from manufacturers, inflation, typographical errors, and factors beyond our control.
For exceptionally large orders, please call or fax for a price quotation.



SHIPPING:

We will process and ship your order within 24 hours in most cases; one exception is when a backordered item is expected within a day. We ship via Poslaju in the Malaysia. Export shipments are made via Poslaju, Fed-Ex, DHL or overseas carrier of your choice. All shipments under RM2500 are F.O.B. Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Freight and Insurance charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Complete orders under RM100.00 will be charged a RM15.00 handling fee. Shipping shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and packing materials, file a claim with the carrier and then with us. Shipping fees are based on Poslaju carrier rate tables plus a nominal amount for order packing/processing.



FREE FREIGHT

All orders that total RM2500.00+ will receive free Poslaju freight on all allowable items within Malaysia. Items not eligible for free freight are products that are oversized from the manufacturer which include treestands, targets, decoys, bow presses,
string jigs, bow cases, deer clover seeds, ladders, etc.
(Free freight does not include insurance charges, COD charges, and special orders).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders will be proforma invoice, prepaid by international money order or bank check drawn on a Malaysian bank in Ringgit Malaysia, wire fund transfer.
E-mail, fax or call for payment and shipping arrangements.
We can ship via Poslaju, DHL, Fed-Ex or another carrier of your choice.
